ONLINE PAYMENTS : In an effort to make things more efficient and secure for you, we are pleased to introduce our new online payment method through PayPal, the world's most secure and trusted online payment processing system. This new ultra-secure payment method allows us to accept all Credit Card types including E-Checks.

HOW TO USE IT : You DO NOT need a PayPal account in order to use PayPal. Simply click on the PayPal payment button below and follow the prompts to SUBMIT your payment information. Be assured, that all of your data will be encrypted to the highest level in the PayPal system and is much more secure than sending it via Mail or Email.

PAYMENT RECEIPT : Once your transaction has processed successfully, email receipts will be sent to you as well as to our Accounting Dept. You payment will take 3 business days to clear, however, because PayPal immediately verifies your payment, we can set up your campaign the same day you make your payment.

PAYMENT BY CHECK : If you prefer to pay for your Marketing Campaign by check, we accept Cashier's checks or Business Checks by Expedited Mail only (USPS Express Mail with Deliver Confirmation, UPS, DHL, California Overnight or FED EX) to our street address which is located at the bottom of your contract. Please do not send checks to the PO Box via Standard Mail as it is highly unsecure and could risk delaying the start of your campaign.

PAYMENT DEADLINES : In order to ensure us the proper amount of time to build and activate your SmoothJazz.com and/or SmoothLounge.com Marketing Campaign, we require all payments to be completed by the date on your agreement or as discussed with your account representative.
